The University of Queensland is a large public research-intensive university considered to be one of Australia’s leading universities.
The main campus at which the conference will be held occupies much of the riverside inner suburb of St Lucia, southwest of the Brisbane central business district. It is in easy reach of the city centre and transport options.
While at UQ you will have the opportunity to network with other researchers within the life sciences, chemistry and biomedical sciences.
Internet access is provided via eduroam, the global roaming network for education and research institutes. Eduroam allows users from participating institutions to log into another institutions’ Wi-Fi networks using the username and password credentials they use at their home institution.
If your institution does not participate in the eduroam network (most do), please contact the conference secretariat so that we may provide your details to UQ who will set up a temporary account for your use. If your University is an eduroam participant, you might check to ensure no pre-configuration is required.
The meeting will be held at The University of Queensland St Lucia Campus in the Advanced Engineering Building #49 and in the Hawken Enginerring Building #50. For directions to the building via bus, citycat and carpark, please download the ICCP450 Map.
Upon arrival, please proceed to the registration desk to collect your name badge and delegate satchel.
The conference registration desk will be located in the foyer of the Advanced Engineering Building #49 from the start of each day until morning tea. From morning tea onward, the registration desk will be located on the ground floor of the Hawken Engineering Building #50.

The University of Queensland has regulated car parking at their St Lucia campus 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The most convenient place to park if driving to the conference is car park P11 which is listed on the ICCP450 Map.
